Refund Policy

At Imalsha Seafoods PVT LTD, we are committed to providing you with the freshest and highest quality seafood. Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, we enforce a strict No Return and No Refund policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been successfully delivered to you or picked up from our location, the sale is considered final. We do not accept returns, and we do not issue refunds or replacements under any circumstances.
2. Order Cancellations
The only exception to our no-refund policy is if an order is canceled within our strict cancellation window.
- You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.
- To cancel, you must immediately call our customer care line at +94 77 442 1353.
- If canceled successfully within 30 minutes, any online payments made via PayHere will be reversed to your account within 7 to 21 Business Days.
- Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after the 30-minute window has passed.
3. Quality Concerns and Complaints
We thoroughly check all deliveries and ensure all seafood dispatched from our fish market is in excellent condition. We cannot be held responsible for spoilage or damage caused by customer delays in receiving the delivery or failure to properly store the seafood in preferred cold storage immediately upon arrival.
If you believe you have received goods that are not up to our standard, you must adhere to the following procedure:
- Report the issue immediately by calling +94 77 442 1353.
- The report must be made within 10 minutes of receiving the delivery.
- We will treat this as an official customer complaint and launch an internal investigation to improve our service quality.
- Please note: Filing a complaint does not entitle you to a return, replacement, or refund of any kind.
