Welcome to Imalsha Seafoods PVT LTD. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (imalshaseafoods.com) and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. General & Account Responsibility

By using our website, you agree to provide accurate information for all orders. Customers have the option to create an account on our website. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Products, Pricing, & Exact Weight Guarantee

We pride ourselves on accuracy. Unlike many seafood providers, we guarantee that the seafood delivered will match the exact weight you ordered.

  • All prices listed on the website are final and match the exact billed amount.
  • We ensure all seafood is dispatched from our fish market in excellent, fresh quality.

3. Delivery & Store Pickup

To ensure the highest quality and freshness of our seafood, we restrict our delivery services to specific reasonable areas.

  • Delivery Areas: Deliveries are currently exclusively available for Katunayake, Raddolugama, Raddaluwa, Ja-Ela, and Ekala.
  • Store Pickup: Customers also have the option to select "Store Pickup" at checkout and collect their orders directly from our location.
  • Customers are responsible for receiving the delivery promptly and storing the seafood in preferred cold storage immediately upon arrival.

4. Order Cancellations

We process orders rapidly to ensure freshness. If you need to cancel an order, you must do so within 30 minutes of placing it.

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel, you must immediately call our customer care line at +94 77 442 1353.
  • Late Cancellations: If 30 minutes pass without a cancellation call, the order is considered valid and final, no matter the circumstances.
  • Refunds for Canceled Orders: If you successfully cancel within the 30-minute window and have already paid online, your funds will be reversed to your account within 7 to 21 Business Days.

5. Strict No Return & No Refund Policy

Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh seafood, all sales are final. We conduct full quality checks before dispatching goods.

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds under any circumstances once the delivery is completed. Spoilage or damage due to customer delays in receiving the package or failure to properly cold-store the items is not the fault of Imalsha Seafoods.
  • Filing a Complaint: If you believe you have received goods in bad condition, you must report it immediately to our customer care team at +94 77 442 1353 within 10 minutes of receiving the delivery. We will launch an investigation and handle it as an official customer complaint to improve our services; however, this will not result in a refund or return.

6. Payments

All online transactions are securely processed through PayHere, our primary payment gateway. By proceeding with an online payment, you agree to the processing terms set by PayHere.
