{"id":1190,"date":"2026-03-26T07:43:31","date_gmt":"2026-03-26T07:43:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/imalshaseafoods.com\/demo\/?p=1190"},"modified":"2026-03-26T07:43:31","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T07:43:31","slug":"pan-seared-garlic-butter-prawns","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/imalshaseafoods.com\/?p=1190","title":{"rendered":"Pan-Seared Garlic Butter Prawns"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mild | <strong>Time:<\/strong> \u23f1\ufe0f 15 Mins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500g Imalsha Jumbo Prawns (Peeled and deveined, tails left on)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tbsp unsalted butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 cloves garlic, finely minced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juice of half a lemon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and black pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pat the jumbo prawns completely dry with a paper towel and season them lightly with salt and black pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the prawns in the skillet in a single layer. Sear for exactly 2 minutes on one side until they start turning pink.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flip the prawns, reduce the heat to medium, and immediately add the remaining butter, minced garlic, and chili flakes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook for 1 to 2 more minutes, continuously spooning the melting garlic butter over the prawns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from heat, squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the top, and garnish with chopped parsley.
